Self confidence is the key to success for any student. On 28 July, our 5th grade students met together at Hy Vong Village for the opportunity to meet people from challenging and less fortunate circumstance and to build stronger relationships with their fellow classmates.
It was an opportunity to expose our students to real life situations to help them build self-confidence within their group. They came prepared with gifts of books, clothes and snacks for the people they met. They got the opportunity to interact with local people to hear their personal stories which broaden their perspective about the awareness we should have for people in less fortunate situations. The exchange took place is a fun and joyful atmosphere. We are grateful to share the love and responsibility we have towards the community with our students.
